Music at The Presbyterian Church in Needham

Chancel Choir 

Chancel Choir is an adult fellowship dedicated to the praise of God and leadership  in worship. Through the gift of music they lead us into a deeper intimacy with God. The choir is open to all persons who want to serve God and participate in a meaningful fellowship. 

The choir is supported in their ministry by instrumentalists, a Music Director/Organist, and talented soloists with a congregation who appreciates their gifts. Patricia Shopland, our Music Director can be reached through the church office (781-444-3728) or through email.

Special Instrumental Music 

The Needham Presbyterian Church is fortunate to have a number of gifted instrumentalists in our congregation who contribute to our music program. We welcome musicians who are interested in performing in a supportive and appreciative environment. In addition to special music throughout the year, especially during the Christmas and Easter season, instrumentalist and soloists often perform during the summer months when the Chancel Choir is on break.
